I normally don’t experience cramps during my cycle. If I do have cramps they are very mild. I haven’t been eating as good as I normally do. When I eat not so good, I know what may come with it during my cycle… Cramps! Welp cycle came and so did the cramps. What did I use? My good loving Womb luv. I rub the oil on the particular area where I was experiencing cramps… No more cramps for me.
I purchased the Womb Luv for my daughter, she has terrible cramps on her cycle. The oil helps tremendously with the cramps and helps her sleep. I myself apply nightly. I love the sensation and smell it gives! Happy Womb Luv!
