First and foremost, Thank you so much for shopping with ADDICK Lifestyle! We are so grateful to have your support as a customer. 

Return/Refund Policy:

Due to the nature of the products produced by ADDICK Lifestyle LLC, we are unable to accept returned products. 

Should your Sea Moss gel be returned due to an incorrect address or error on your behalf, you will have to re order your jar(s). Sea moss gel is perishable and will lose its freshness after not being refrigerated for a long period of time. 

However, if you order any other product outside of sea moss gel and it is returned due to any error on your behalf, you will be required to cover the shipping cost. 

Shipping Days:

Sea moss will be shipped within 48hrs of purchase.  All orders are mailed via USPS and a tracking number will be issued as soon as your order has been shipped.

The time that it take for processing and shipping is 5-7 business days and this does not include weekends or holidays

(ADDICK LIFESTYLE LLC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED PACKAGES)

It is imperative that you triple check your address before hitting submit on your order. 

EX: If you have an apt attached to your address you MUST include the apt letter or number to make sure that your order comes directly to you. 

We are NOT responsible for mistakes on addresses. If your item has not been received it is your responsibility to use the provided tracking number or by contacting your local post office.

ADDICK Lifestyle LLC DOES NOT accept responsibility for any items damaged or lost in transit to shipping destinations or items marked delivered by the carrier. Once items leave ADDICK Lifestyle LLC, USPS accepts responsibility as the order has been put into the carriers possession.

DELIVERY CLAIMS:

If you don't receive your package but your tracking states that it has been delivered, you must contact USPS to file a claim. 

ADDICK Lifestyle LLC does not hold or accept responsibility for package that have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that have been confirmed "delivered" by the carrier. 

ADDICK Lifestyle LLC DOES NOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY OR ISSUE REFUNDS FOR ITEMS DAMAGED IN ANY WAY WHILE IN TRANSIT. 

If there is an any issue with your order you must email addicklifestyle@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.
