Return/Refund Policy:

Due to the nature of the products produced by PLANTBAWDY BEAUTY & WELLNESS LLC, we are unable to accept returned products. 

Shipping Days:

The time that it take for processing and shipping is 7-12 business days and this does not include weekends or holidays. 

It is imperative that you triple-check y our address before hitting submit on your order. 

EX: If you have an apt attached to your address you MUST include the apt letter or number to make sure that your order comes directly to you. 

We are NOT responsible for mistakes on addresses. If your item has not been received it is your responsibility to use the provided tracking number or by contacting your local post office.

PLANTBAWDY BEAUTY & WELLNESS LLC DOES NOT accept responsibility for any items damaged or lost in transit to shipping destinations or items marked delivered by the carrier. Once items leave PLANTBAWDY BEAUTY & WELLNESS, USPS accepts responsibility as the order has been put into the carriers possession.

DELIVERY CLAIMS:

If you don't receive your package but your tracking states that it has been delivered, you must contact USPS to file a claim. 

PLANTBAWDY BEAUTY & WELLNESS LLC does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that have been confirmed "delivered" by the carrier. 

PLANTBAWDY BEAUTY & WELLNESS LLC, DOES NOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY OR ISSUE REFUNDS FOR ITEMS DAMAGED IN ANY WAY WHILE IN TRANSIT.
