The time that it take for processing and shipping is 7-12 business days and this does not include weekends or holidays.
It is imperative that you triple-check y our address before hitting submit on your order.
EX: If you have an apt attached to your address you MUST include the apt letter or number to make sure that your order comes directly to you.
We are NOT responsible for mistakes on addresses. If your item has not been received it is your responsibility to use the provided tracking number or by contacting your local post office.

Once items leave PLANTBAWDY BEAUTY & WELLNESS, USPS accepts responsibility as the order has been put into the carriers possession.
If you don't receive your package but your tracking states that it has been delivered, you must contact USPS to file a claim.
